KAILASH TREKKING AND TOUR
The 53 km circuit or kora around Mt Kailash takes three days to complete and is one of the most important pilgrimages in the world.
The usual Kailash trekking season runs from May to mid-October, but trekkers should be prepared for cold and changeable weather at any time. Snow may be encountered on the Droema-la pass at any time of year and temperatures will often drop below freezing at night. The Kailash trek is an unforgettable experience but shouldn't be undertaken without careful preparation. This is why our experienced team of high-altitude guides is at your service to organize this journey of a lifetime. Every year, thousands of pilgrims from the four religions come to Kailash to accomplish their life's deepest desire: to walk the entire kora around the holy mountain.
Testimonial
Danoe is one of the best guides I ever had in the time I travelled around the world for his excellent guide, euthusiasm and passion to service delivery. He was beyond expection for caring about our health and interest. He has shown a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
The driver Norbu was very cooperative and professional. The road condition was quite bad but that was for him to show his excellent skill.

EVEREST ADVENTURE AND TREKKING
Rising 8844.43 meters above sea level, Mount Everest, or Qomolangma in Tibetan, dwarfs all other mountains on earth. It is the highest peak of the Himalayas and is located at the border between China and Nepal. The Everest region and the base camp are easily accessible from China's Tibet Autonomous Region. While largely referred to as "Mount Everest”, its Tibetan name, Qomolangma or "mother goddess of the earth", underlines its holy nature as one of the sacred mountains of Tibet.
In the past fifteen years, our team has accompanied a great number of foreign travelers to the Everest region. Our itineraries will take you to the Everest Base Camp and Rongbuk monastery as well as to the neighboring peaks of Makalu, Cho Oyu and Shishapangma.

SELF DRIVE THROUGH TIBET

For your fascinating self-drive tour in China and planning Nepal, Laos, Vietnam, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, or Mongolia as the former or latter destination, it's perfect to focus on Tibet, the roof of the world, and combine Yunnan, Xinjiang, Sichuan, Qinghai, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, etc.

TIBET TRAIN TOUR
The 1142 kilometer long railway to the "Roof of the World" was inaugurated in July 2006 between the city of Golmud in Qinghai Province and Lhasa, the Tibetan capital. In recent years we have organized many Tibet train tours for travelers. The highlight of the train journey, without a doubt, is the leg between Xining and Lhasa, a trip of 1 956 km along the world's highest railway. It is a fascinating scroll of natural beauty: snow mountains, meadows, creeks and the vast grasslands continuously unfolding before one's eyes. Yaks, flocks of sheep, horses and other wild animals of the Tibetan plateau are easily observable from the train. If lucky, you might even get a peek of the rarest and most protected species of the plateau, the Tibetan Antelope also known as “chiru”. These? creatures only live between 3500 – 5000 meters of altitude.
EAST TIBET - KHAM AND AMDO
When speaking of "Tibet" we refer to the area officially called the "Tibetan Autonomous Region" (TAR), with Lhasa as the capital of this region. The area of TAR roughly corresponds to the boundaries of the ancient region of U-Tsang and the Western part of ancient Kham. Yet, when talking about the "Tibetan Cultural Area" we mean the areas traditionally inhabited by Tibetans, including the TAR and the two ancient regions of Kham and Amdo.
Traveling in this region is an experience that one cannot forget and that will stay with you for many years. We are happy to recommend our series of tailor-made tours, perfectly designed to meet your special interests: adventure tours, trekking, festival tours, flower watching, bird watching, mountain biking tours, horse riding etc....
